Ive never shopped for a mattress before and wasnt sure what i needed, but with the help of the shop assistant who was very knowledgeable went through different styles and prices it helped me to come to an easy decision.

This is the second time we have visited your Dreams store in Stoke on Trent, On both occasions we were assisted by Dina, She was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the different bed/mattress options available. On this occasion we were after a quality bed/mattress for our guest room, We looked at many options available but we were totally satisfied that we had made the correct choice. The service we received was exceptional. We will definitely be returning to order the flaxby mattress for our master suite.
