The sales person was very helpful . i had stated what i wanted was a good bed at a reasonable price as it was for the spare room .he took us stràight to what we were looking for brill.

Vicky was very attentive to our needs and showed us exactly what we were looking for. Very friendly and knowledgeable

Very happy with our visit to dreams, staff were very pleasant and very helpful, couldn't do enough for you and got offered drinks also. Everything was explained about the mattress that we picked, all in all a very good experence

walked in with no expectations but a basic idea of what we needed, our requirements were very quickly recognised and several alternatives identified. A total solution was suggested , which matched our by then thoughts and we ordered the goods.

When entering the store with my young daughter, we were both greeted with a warm welcome even when the member of staff was busy with other customers and he was the only member of staff at this time. I felt a valued customer straight away. After trying the sleep match, he showed me a number of mattresses that were suited for me whilst also keeping my daughter entertained at the same time! As other members of staff were arriving they all greeted her and made a fuss which she absolutely LOVED!! I felt this store was very family friendly and this means a lot to me.

At the outset we were prepared to visit other suppliers in the are but having received advice in store and given every assistance by your salesman we were very content to place an order with Dreams without going any further afield.

Had a great experience in store! Andy helped us to find the perfect bed using the sleep match before taking us to each recommendation. His approach was extremely friendly, informative and tentative - as someone who has spinal complications he made sure comfort and advice came before any price tag which was really appreciated. His advice and knowledge was sound and he made us feel very comfortable whilst finding us the perfect mattress!

Excellent product knowledge, really took the time to listen to my bed requirements, including quality, style and budget. Great customer service.

The store and salesperson/s were very welcoming, adhered to current restrictions, were knowledgeable, and unobtrusive whilst we were making our minds up. Would highly recommend to others and should we need further goods would have no hesitation in using Dream's again.I also thought the additional products for sale eg pillows, mattress covers etc was a really good idea.
