Very friendly, helpful & knowledge staff who ensure your every need is catered for. Encouraged to test out products & offered refreshments before buying. Informed of all offers on pillows, duvets etc to ensure a good range of prices. We were served by Andrew Nixon who is an excellent asset to the store. We never felt rushed into making choices. This actually meant that I went into store to look at one bed and came out having purchased three!!!

The politeness of staff. When one wasn't sure of a answer, they found someone that did, instead of waffling to us. Also the ease of placing an order. Hence I always go to my local dreams store first.

Extremely good service from a very knowledgeable sales assistant

Richard was the employee who dealt with our request. He was ready with a smile, lots of knowledge, helpfulness, understanding and advice. We were offered refreshments and nothing was too much trouble. It is difficult to find people like Richard and my husband and me agreed that he was definitely an asset to the company. He took the stress out of every step. Thank you!

The variety of choices was very impressive and the staff provided a positive and uplifting experience. The application of their knowledge of the options, in combination with the interesting technical analysis provided by the machine, made me feel well looked after. I also got to lie down on lots of comfy mattresses, which is something you don't get to say every day.

Vicki the lady that helped to find the right mattress for us was brilliant. Vicki asked if we "wanted/needed" any help choosing a mattress? Vicki showed us the machine that measured and gave the suggestion of which mattress may be best for us. This was a much better and thorough experience than we had at other stores. Vicki explained the process to us and showed us the mattresses that may be best for us. At no point did we feel pressured in purchasing a mattress, Vicki showed us four to choose from and gave us a little information about each one. We found Vicki to be very knowledgeable, friendly without being overwhelming. Vicki also gave us pillows to use while trying the mattress , we will return to purchase at a later date as we have only recently bought new pillows.

Colleague was very attentive but also gave us the space to browse independantly which i liked.

Adam was very welcoming and understanding his guidance was great and once we had asstablished a price guide he stuck quite well to it, he was helpful with finding me a replacement pillow.
