Everything was straightforward and quick and easy. The prices were good and the staff knowledgeable.

Dina, the assistant helping us was exceptionally helpful and allowed us to quickly narrow down choices. I didn't feel pressured to spend more than I was willing but still felt I came out with a quality product and exactly what I needed.

We spoke to 2 members of staff, both of which could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable. The experience of choosing a mattress was not something we were looking forward to and were quite reluctant about, but the staff at Dreams made it a pleasure and the technology used and explained to us were fantastic in helping us to choose the right mattress for us.

Adam and Dina were very attentive listening to my requirements and provided detailed information about the products i was recommended. They both had excellent product knowledge and gave sound advice.

The assistant was friendly but not pushy, polite, professional, knowledgeable. Spent time checking on the i.t. system previous orders and clarified size of mattress previously purchased and date. Did not rush us into a decision.

The lady we dealt with was great help up us no end. Only down side was an issue with the computer system
