We were greeted within 5 minutes of entering the store and offered a drink. Staff introduced themselves but did not hassle us at all - something that I feel is very important when you are buying something. We were offered assistance again and shown the dreams sleep machine.

Such a professional assistant. No problem showing us the item that we were after and the assistant was what I call old school meaning that she knew what we required, she was friendly and professional,she did not push for a sale and helped us in every way possible. Maybe this lady could learn others how to be a better sales person.
