The assistant was knowledgeable and helpful in describing the products available. Jane (114) took the time to match up our requirements to the stock available even down to showing us the customer satisfaction input of the mattress we singled out. We were very pleased.

The Dreams assistant Vicki was friendly and understood my need for a suitable mattress for my osteo arthritis. I had a test to find me the most suitable mattress and I was shown a number of these. Vicki explained the suitability of each in turn letting me make my own final choice. I was made to feel at home with the offer of a drink of tea. The whole process of choice and purchase was quick and simple.

Very knowledgable and great service even though we will have to wait 4 to 6 weeks for mattress.

Store layout is very good - all products easy to see, plenty of product information available. Assistance excellent, really good product knowledge, very friendly and helpful.

Lots of people available to help, were able to try a range and Andy was very helpful when placing the order.

We used the Sleepmatch machine and we pointed towards a number of matches that saved time. The salesman (Andrew) was very knowledgable and explained everything we needed to know and more. I believed him and he clearly knew his stuff, a great style of approach.
