The assistant ,Jane was extremely knowledgeable and quickly realised our needs.

Paul gave exceptionally good customer service. He made my son with special needs feel at ease and made the whole experience fun. There was no sales pressure and he explained everything clearly, giving me the mental space to make my own mind up about what we needed.

Our experience was surprising as in we were expecting a hard sell but our store colleague asked what we were looking for listened to our needs and helped us to select the products for us. He was very knowledgeable without trying to baffle us with technical details.

Andrew, our sales man, was very helpful throughout our visit. We were able to try out the science bed thing to see which mattress would be most suitable for my husband and I. Also, Andrew offered us water and he talked to our children. He wasn't pushy and allowed us time to ourselves to think about our decision. Also, when I returned to the shop, another of the staff was very helpful by coming to my car to collect the waste plastic. All in all a very good experience. Thank you.

The lady helped us alot with choosing the right bed base as we already knew which mattress we wanted as we came in previously and the guy who helped us then was really helpful. We had complimentary drinks whilst we were shopping. Overall it was brilliant service

Andy at the Stoke store was fantastic. Took great attention in all of my mums health problems to diagnose her with the best product. Was very informative and knowledgeable and so friendly and approachable. Will definitely be returning to purchase my mattress once my bed frame arrives which I also ordered at the same time.
