The store assistants were excellent in their patience in dealing with my multiple questions and requests and were in no hurry to push me anything I didn't want. Great experience.

I explained my needs and was shown several options once I'd made my choice my order was completed in 5 min. The salesman offered me extra services but did not push once I'd declined, this was the most pleasant experience I've had shopping for large household items

we were made welcome as soon as we entered the store, we were able to look around at our leisure, and once we had chosen what we wanted the sales person was very helpful and fulfilled our requirements.

I was satisfied with your staff attendance and help in getting me what I wanted. Although I ended up buying only the bed that was in clearance and couldn't buy the mattress because of the price and time for the delivery due to the timing. However , l understand its close to Christmas

We were left to wander around the store without be 'pounced' on by staff. Thomas seemed to come over at just the right time. We had sampled a few of the beds and then as we need to ask questions he arrived by us and was very knowlegeable. Not at all pushy which can ruin a shopping experience. He was kind and attantive and he made us a cup of tea (nice touch :) ) He didn't get annoyed with for making our minds up and changing our minds a few times. Overall we had a good shopping experience in your Dartford branch.

Assistant was very helpful and well informed. She guided me to the best options and let me try several different types of beds.
