Dreams - Dartford

Satidied with store and staff just the prices...I dont understand why the mattresses are more expensive than the actual.beds..

Thomas greeted me on arrival, and after listening to what i wanted gave me a pillow to make me more comfortable on the beds and showed me five mattresses he told me about your colour scheme and explained all the processes in detail and even offered me a cup of coffee or tea. Then he left me to make my mind up drom the five I had tried. He was warm friendly and genuinely interested in me getting a good nights sleep. I decided to get two of the pillows he had let me try and a gel and pocket spring mattress, since i now know the red ones are the ones I find most comfortable. He also explained that dreams could recycle my old mattress so i added thay too. Overall an excellent customer experience if only more store managers were this hands on and expert!

Staff were exceptionally friendly and understanding to my needs. Were all very down to earth and I could have an open and friendly conversation during the sales process. I have seen much worse and in very rare cases seen better. All in all, not only did I get what I want, I was able to secure a good price and have a good shopping experience all in one.

I was highly satified because the store assistant was very informative and explained in detail what I was getting for my money and gave me options to extend the warranty on the bed I purchased. Also I and my husband were offred a cup of tea or coffee which I thought was very nice and was not expecting which gave a real personal touch to our visit. Which I feels adds that little something special making the customer feel at home and relaxed. I would definitely come back to the Dartford branch again and recommend my friends and family to visit also.

We went in with budget which was accommodated too, and Richard from dartford branch went out of his way to make sure we was happy!! I would reccomend to everyone
