Assistant was helpful and knowledgeable. The process of buying a bed was painless. Only thing was assistant did keep trying to push other products at us, we only came in for a bed and headboard, refused other products offered to us but other than that we were happy with the service given.

the manager took time to search for the items I wanted.He and his assistant were very hospitable in offering me a hot drink and spent time discussing other options of purchase which I thought was very informative although I decided to make a card purchase.I was allowed to spent time with them and was not rushed to secure my purchase.

Richard was very patient with us and answered any questions that we put to him. Hope the beds are as good as the salesman.

Was approached politely by the shop assistant, explained what I was looking for and taken straight there, my son was with me as the bed was for him so was able to try some mattresses out, when he said what he didn't like about the mattress he was shown something more suitable until he was happy. The credit was sorted quickly. Shop assistant was helpful and advised what was available without being pushy, a pushy shop assistant would make me walk out of a shop.
