Dreams - Dartford

Found the product we wanted at a great price. Also found the assistance received from Thomas to very helpful and made what could have been slightly tedious ordering pleasant and enjoyable.

We were very happy with our visit to Dreams. We initially wanted to browse and get an idea of what we were looking for. The staff greeted us upon arrival and let us have a look around without being intrusive. We were quickly assisted when we found a couple of products that we liked. We were given quotes which we were happy with. We then went to a completive store to do a comparison and were not as happy with the products and quotes and service that we received so we quickly returned to Dreams and placed our order. The order process was quick and professional and we are very happy with the delivery timeframe.

The Staff member (Thomas)was really knowledgeable and directed me to explore various mattresses and was not pushing but explained the difference between the styles and not just the price, on this I bought the bed of my choice and a good quality mattress , i got a good 40% saving and the dates ofor delivery I wanted. A very pleasurable shopping experience and within my budget. Patrick. Marrett.

Genuine people doing their best that got us a surprisingly great deal. Welcoming down to earth people and great service from Thomas. Live three towns away, had options to purchase locally but glad we ventured to dreams Dartford. Will definitely use again

I was acknowledged when I entered the store by a very friendly member of staff they asked me how could the help and then spent quite awhile explaining the the different mattresses in store which were best suited to what I wanted. They offered me a pillow to take with me to each bed after they had asked me which sleeping position i prefer. I didn't even know you could get different type of pillows like that. They also offered me a drink which I thought was very customer friendly.

Lady was really helpful they both made you feel at ease as soon as you walked in without being pressurised.

We were pleased with the help and assistance we were given from very friendly and helpful assistants. Everything was explained on all the different beds in the range we were looking for. This made our choice easier.

The salesperson was helpful in providing pillows to lie on various mattresses and also pointing out where the different types of mattresses were round the store. We were pleased with the disposable of old mattress option

Richard at the dartford branch was very helpful, polite and knowledgable. The service was speedy and hassle free... my bed is being delivered in 2 weeks.. from date of order. Very very impressed especially as my last order from you (7-8 years ago) was a disaster bit this time round a much much better experience. Top marks
