We were greeted immediately by Thomas, and made to feel welcome. He guided us through the whole process, offering support but wasn't at all pushy. Thomas ensured we knew about the products on offer and made us feel comfortable the whole time.

We walked in and a sales assistant Knowledged us stirght way. We asked where memory form beds were and was told what pillows meant what beds they was. We walked around and wasn't bothered by the sales assistant untill we was ready to place our order. The salesman then spoke to us about our choice and was very helpful.

I arrived at 5pm on a Friday afternoon and was greeted by Reece who was extremely helpful and went above and beyond in helping me locate the mattress for me. I thought there was a promotion online linked with Avios and he called customer services to find out.

I needed a new mattress for my son and was looking for something half decent. Thomas at first asked if I needed any help and then located me to the mattress guide to help me make a decision. I made my mind up to have the Kendall mattress and went back to see if Thomas was free. He managed to catch my eye before I even said everything and I took a seat. I was offered a drink which I declined at the time but the offer was nice. Thomas explained everything and I'm was comfortable with the purchase. Mattress is being delivered on Friday 2nd June which at the time thought that was a quick delivery. I found Thomas to be a helpful, cheerful chap.
