Really friendly staff who made the whole process really quick and easy

I went into benson for beds first to buy my items, after standing in store for 20 minutes still not having spoke to an advisor I decided to go over the road to dreams with a bit of the hump. As soon as I walked into store I was greeted by a gentleman named Thomas, and what a genuinely nice guy! Very knowledgable and interested in what I wanted. He asked what I was looking for and my price range, he then proceeded to show me through all the items I wanted and the different benefits of each. I was more than happy to part with my hard earned cash after getting exactly what i wanted. Thank you to Thomas and Reece.

From the moment i walked in the store i was greeted by a lovely lady called Grace who quickly helped me find the bed i was looking for it was a very pleasant visit to the store. With Reece Keeping my 3year occupied with colouring material whilst i dealt with the legal/ordering sodw of my purchase.

I was very satisfied because I chopped and changed my mind many times and the staff were very patient with me. I'd visited the Dartford store twice and the staff remembered me. They were very helpful and pleasant. Richard and Rhys. I'll definitely go back should I need another bed/mattress.

I ve usually popped in to my local store wen looking for beds etc. I purchased a new bed 2 yrs ago before I started decorating , now im purchasing a mattress . I ve never had anything less than courtesy from the staff therefore returning to make a purchase was not difficult.it was quick and efficient paying my deposit and arranging a delivery date, it took no more than 10 mins. from my decision to buy to walking out of the store.was impressed
