The 2 members of staff were very accommodating and paid particular attention to welcoming my very lively 3 year old!

The whole experience was so easy. We knew that the bed we would find in your store would be of the highest quality and at a very reasonable price.

the lady who served us was under pressure as she was on her own and the phone kept ringing but she stayed polite cheerful and helpful with a smile on her face.

Although the order was finally placed at Dartford, we visited the Lakeside store several times the previous day to compare different beds. The friendliness without being pushy of the staff there (particularly Richard) was outstanding - he has more patience than me!!

The assistant was very helpful and had a wide knowledge when it comes to bed types and understood what I was looking for

Thomas helped me. I saw him one month before my purchase. He was fab. Sat and had a coffee while discussing what I was looking for and helped me to find my mattress. I couldn't afford it then. I called back the day before to make sure he would be in when I made the purchase (as he was the one helping me I wanted to order with him) He remembered me and made sure everything was ready for today when I made my purchase. He wAs simply fab

The staff member was very friendly and knowledgeable. She made us feel at ease and made us a coffee whilst we decided on our bed.

Excellent professional customer service

I was served by Richard who was very helpful. he gave me all the information I needed, he made me a cup of coffee and left me too look round for a while.when I was ready he told me about bed linen they sold , and arranged a suitable delivery date.
