Richard was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. He was very accommodating and friendly. We actually bought a bed from him a few years ago too. Would definitely come back and recommend him to our friends and family.

The salesman was very informative about the mattress we chose, regarding firmness and comfort , He was very understanding & wasn’t putting pressure on us to buy the matteress on that day ,he even made us a coffee while we was desiding over which mattresses to buy,

Reece who served us was exceptionally knowledgeable and very polite for a young man which I understand from the manager is only 17, he is a credit to Dreams and can see him going far, also as were leaving the store both Reece and the manager who I think was called Thomas thanked us for our custom, we will defiantly shop at Dreams again

Nice beds

I was looking for a specific item and straight away knew it and helped. Could not recommend them highly enough, I was so impressed going back there next week to get beds thank you DREAMS, your the tops. Better than all the other shops I had gone to well done and thank you again

Was greeted my the manager Thomas as I walked in. Store was tidy and cozy.. friendly atmosphere.. was served by Richard who was great help at finding what I needed. Happy with my purchase
