The assistant was very helpful, although we had done some homework before and new what we wanted, so we could go straight to the matteress we needed. The ordering process was very quick and efficient and delivery date was in less than a week, so no problems were encountered and we were all done in 15 minutes...

I knew what I wanted when I came into the store. The product was available. the staff didn't try to rush me or make me feel uncomfortable but were available when I needed them. Staff were friendly and helpful. Able to book me in on the date that I wanted for delivery

After all the excitment of the Christmas and new year breaks my lady and i thought its now time we added another little shopping trip to purchase a new bed after seeing the advertisements in the dreams shop window for Tempur beds we decided to go in and were looking at them when a lovely gentleman called Richard asked if he could he could help i have always looked with envy at these beds and one of our friends have one and have told us in the past if you get one you will never look back in envy again he showed us all the range taking time to explain all the benefits of the range and we then decided to buy from a salesman who is a credit to your company .

Reece and Thomas were very helpful and gave us all the information we asked for proffesionally and accurately. Lovely gesture of offering tea and great customer service skills. Even stayed late to put the order through!

Remembered from previous visit earlier in the week when my mum purchased a mattress. Friendliness. Advice received. Speed of delivery time. Overall great service of staff.

The colleague Reece knew a lot about his job, explained about the various types of mattresses and recommended the best one for the needed comfort my dad was after. The sale was easy and without trouble for him and the atmosphere was very chilled. Chose the type of bed and again very helpful on showing us the varieties we could choose from and helped us with the certain one we chose. Overall great customer service. Thank you.

We visited the store to look at mattresses but with no specific item in mind ... Grace (assistant) took great care in explaining the pros and cons of various types of mattress and guided us to our eventual purchase of a matress, pillows and other accessories. She even gave us a cup of coffee!!
