Very efficient friendly member of staff who was both competent in their knowledge of our products and not pushy - overall very satisfied with sales service we received

Within a couple of mins of entering the store, I was approached by Kate. I explained what I was looking for, and she escorted me to the exact bed frame I ended up purchasing. she also checked with me if I was interested in also purchasing a mattress. I selected a mattress, at which point she explained that Dreams had a machine which would help me to select a mattress to match my needs. Turns out that I had already selected the correct mattress firmness. Delivery of new bed has been arranged and I am happy with the delivery date. It was good to know that Dreams will also collect my old bed for a small fee.

The officer was very helpful guiding us through the machine to understand the type of mattress we require and talking us through the various options. Sje also kindly offered us water during our visit.

Staff were friendly & knowledgeable Nothing was too much trouble They continually asked if we wanted water They sprayed the beds after each try They were patient while l tried to find my uni code discounts The only negative is that the staff were hovering while l tried to make my decision/discuss options

The lady that helped us chose a mattress was professional and friendly. We were impressed with the system that was used to determine the best type of bed for us and overall the experience was quick and efficient. My/our only slightly negative comment would be that price of the mattress which was a little higher that we had expected (even with the one we eventual chose having a 20% discount on it) but, assuming the quality and endurance is as good as we'd expect, this won't be an issue or reason for us not to by from Dreams again.

Assistant was very helpful

Dreams colleague was knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful. The Dream Experience was innovative and calming and identified which mattress type was most suitable. There was a wide range of bed bases, mattresses and headboards to choose from.

Richard was brilliant and attentive. He didn’t pressure us. He understood we wanted to look in other stores first and remembered us when we came back. He was also very polite and well mannered

I wanted a particular item twice but only one was available. But i took another one similar to it.
