We were greeted when first entering the shop and the staff were not pushy. We asked for assistance when we needed it. Grace was very helpful.

Thomas was very knowledgeable and helpful, as we had a few things we needed, he showed us where everything was. He was very polite, and explained all the extra items we could get extremely well.

Reece was friendly and helpful without being pushy the lady with him greeted us warmly when we entered the store but didn't pounce on us like we experienced earlier in Benson's. We were out for our first look at the possibility of replacing our old mattress. Reece gave us super comfy pillows to try the matteresses and took the time to explain the layout of the shop and the colour scheme. The Lady with him, I think her name was Grace, even offered us a hot drink which was sclmd on such a cold day! Excellent service.

As soon as we entered the store we were greeted with a friendly "good morning" from both shop assistants, which these days is very nice. The service in helping us pick the right bed and explaining all pricing and delivery terms etc was excellent, all in all an easy and pleasant transaction. Well done

I was highly satisfied with my visit today ...reece the the shop assistant was very helpful didn't push me to go for anything that I coukdnt afford as I am on a budget. He had good knowledge and was very helpful.
