The money was taken but not authorised and was put back straight away so I could purchase my mattress worked out better as I got it a day earlier than expected

Very helpful, understood our needs and gave good advice

I shopped at Dreams, Dartford and Thomas was the only staff available in the store. He managed very well by himself with the customers and was very welcoming and offering drinks. He was very good with his knowledge about the products and recommend the apt option for our family. I have also recommended the store to my friends and colleagues who are looking to buy beds.

We'd popped into Dartford Dreams in January but then our moving date got pushed back so we didn't get a matress, however, Thomas made such a good impression on us when we first came in when we were ready to buy one in April we went back to him. He was so knowledgable about the products and friendly, not pushy like some sales people can be, he just made us feel welcome and comfortable enough to try out the beds. He gave us advice on the different firm ratings and time to come to a decision. His advice was relevant and helpful and his knowledge of the Flaxby range was brilliant. The store had a good atmosphere and we enjoyed the varied playlist.

Sales assistant very helpful but not too “in your face” or stalking you around the store.

Excellent in store service. Not sure about value for money yet as have not taken delivery.

This is my 2nd purchase from this store. The Salesman Richard is very knowledgeable, polite and helpful and not pushy. We were given plenty of time and help on making our purchase. There is a wide selection available.

Explained I had back surgery and permanent sciarica and the type of mattress we have now and was shown what would be more suitable to my needs out of various different mattresses:

Staff, Reese and Thomas were friendly and efficient. Greeted at door. Offeted beverages etc. Excrllent service.
