I was given the opportunity to browse at leisure without feeling pressured but assistance was at hand immediately when needed. The person that dealt with my request was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Reece was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. He also gave us time to decide.

I had the full attention of the staff, was offered tea or coffee whilst discussing all options etc. Staff were so friendly, when I got home I called my 83 year old Aunt & she is going to pop in tomorrow to see if they can help her

This is the 2nd time i have made a purchase from this Dreams store and the staff are so friendly. On both occasions they answered all my questions and were very patient with me as i couldn't decide which day for delivery to choose so it got changed a few times. We actually had a good laugh too. Will definitely be going back to get my mattress.
