Salesman very helpful didn't push us to purchase

I had looked online for beds before going to a Dreams store so I basically knew what I wanted to have a look at. The shop assistant showed me the bed straightaway. All was very quickly sorted out with no problems.

My wife and I purchased a mattress from your Dartford shop. Reece greeted us in a friendly manner as soon as we entered the shop. His service was impeccable, he listened to our needs and suggested a product that we ended up buying. Both Reece and his colleague (not sure of his name) offered us excellent advice and their knowledge of the products you sell are second to none. A++ experience, wish all shopping experiences would be the same.

On our visit to Dreams, Dartford, we were met by friendly branch manager, Thomas. He asked if we were ok a d we said we were looking to buy a single bed mattress for our Daughter. Thomas advised our Daughter how to lay, to 'test' her chosen mattresses. We were told all about how they were made and the differences explained. Thomas offered us a drink, which was most welcome. Our Daughter selected a mattress and Thomas sought a protective cover for it too. The manner in which we were spoken to, the time given was FANTASTIC. Thomas was joined at the desk by a work colleague and she too, engaged with us. Nothing was too juch trouble. All three of us left the store, knowing we will definitely be back and we will recommend this branch 100% We cannot stress enough, Dreams has such an outstanding manner with customers...no matter if simply looking to buy, or a tually making a purchse...whether spending a basic range, or a top range...Thomas and his staff were equally welcoming, knowledgeable and customers were not 'pushed' into purchasing. We wish Dreams all the best...to us, they are THE BEST all round. Thank you so much Thomas..you're a true gentleman, who runs a Great shop.

The sales advisor was amazing from start to finish we left to go to another bed store to check on prices and beds across the road and came back to buy the bed as we were highly satisfied with the way we were dealt with and the price

I knew the item that I required so it wasn’t too difficult to choose. Your assistant was helpful and efficient which enabled me to place my order without fuss or oversell.

Richard was fantastic. He wasn’t pushy just informative. A stark contrast from rivals, Benson Beds, across the road. Products reasonable and appear good quality with the option to have it assembled.
