We had just come out of the prior evening totally confused about how to find the right size and colour divan base, and were struggling with finding places that just sold the base for a reasonable price. We had shortlisted two shops and went to Dreams first, as the other one had poor reviews on what the colours actually look like in real life. Richard greeted us in the Dreams store, read our situation very well and I was pleased to see that he didn't try to push another product and instead spent time with us answering our questions to bring us over the finish line. The purchase was an effortless no-brainer at that stage. I should also point out that customer service was of great help on Sept 1 when the bed was delivered. We weren't sure until the last moment if a friend would get the old bed from us, and he ended up not doing that. When we wanted to add the pickup service to our order, we were told that either we need to change the delivery date (not an option for us), or ask the delivery team if they have space in the van to pick it up. It turned out they did so I just called in and made the payment over the phone. The only hassle was the wait time.
