Assistant very helpful, friendly even went online on his mobile to look at another product I mentioned, and explained difference to me. Whole experience was efficient, quick, though not rushed, with everything carefully explained to me.

Charline was very helpful and directed us to products that met our requests.

Reece from the Dartford store was very helpful and showed me a lot of options that I was previously unaware of and made it easy and painless to make the right purchase. I also spoke to Thomas the store manager who was also very friendly to talk to and recommended so future products that I may look into in the future.

Greeted by friendly staff when arriving, offered refreshments. Good range of beds to look at.

Quick efficient friendly service

The guys at the store in Dartford were extremely accommodating and very friendly. They helped with carrying the mattresses to the car and also offered to make me a cup of tea while I waited for my husbands cars to turn up. Coming back for our mattress very shortly.
