Kate was extremely polite, helpful and knowledgeable. She made sure we understood all the options available to meet our needs.

The lady who served us was extremely helpful and really spent a lot of time trying to cater to our needs. I explained to her that I've had issues with mattresses, beds and pillows in the past and she spent alot of time finding what would suit us most. She spent so much time with us and educated us on the products to the extent that we ended up spending alot more than we intended to. I had left my wallet at home but originally thought I dropped this in store, the lady was super helpful in helping us look, gave us all the details to make the sale over the phone and even offered to stay after the shops closing. I don't usually fill in these feedback forms but u believe that this lady deserves a commendation of some form as she went over and above in her service and I haven't stopped ranting to my friends and family about how good the service is at dreams. I really respect customer service and I believe its a dying art, after this service, I will 100% come back to dreams first when I need a bed. Thank you!

The staff member how was looking after was very friendly and knowledgeable. I requested her to ket us know about the product when its on sale and she contacted us in no time. When i revisited the store, she recognised us straight away and been very helpfull through out the process. I will definetly go back to dreams in near future...thank you very much foe the service specially the lady staff how took our order.

I was extremely delighted to find an ex-display mattress at a clearance price which was such good value for money. I had anticipated the price I would have to pay as mattresses can be extremely costly, the service I received at the Dartford Store was also very good and the staff were able to provide a quick, effective purchasing experience. I also received a complimentary mattress protector and 4 pillows, which I thought were a great deal from Dreams and I would definitely recommend buying from here to friends and family.

Went into dreams in Dartford. Assistant welcomed us into the shop to try the different beds. She was very helpful. Also we laced on a bed to test that the mattress was the right one for us. Which was medium. Delivery was only 5 days later. We was kept informed with e mails and phone calls throughout. Excellent service. Would highly recommend.
