Great customer service, with extensive knowledge of the products especially with mattresses from over 10years ago. Knew what we wanted and quickly found us our mattresses

the Dartford store manager was exceptional, not intrusive, funny without being over the top and very helpful - did not try and tell us what we wanted just guided us, one of the best retail customer service experiences I have had for a long time.

No hard-sell. Given time to just try and try again before we made our minds up. In deciding between 2 mattresses we weren't pushed into going for the more expensive option.

Mr Thomas and Peter are genuine advisors and very helpful, very. Polite and understanding. Mr Thomas offered my wife and myself coffee. Mr Thomas created a lovely and enjoyable atmosphere during our visit to the Dreams bed in Dartford. He gave us different options to choose our budget. They handled our request in a professional way, we can recommend them to family friends and colleagues at work. We give them Kudos especially Thomas (he is a funny person).

Bought a Tempur mattress cheaper than i could have got it from Tempur themselves, and the salesman guided us to find a matching bed unit with sprung slats, just as we'd asked for.
