Dreams - Dartford

Did my initial viewing of products online so I was fairly sure of what I wanted. When I got to the store one of the items was not available quickly enough for me so Richard helped me choose a similar product that could be delivered when I need it. Richard was very knowledgable, friendly and patient with me. Will definitely shop there again.

I received excellent customer service from Reece who I feel went the extra mile. He was not pushing me into a purchase but meeeky pointing out options & offering assistance if I should need it. I also took him up on an additional offer of half price pillows if purchasing a bed & the pillow was one I had tried whilst on testing the mattress & was super comfy. I could not afford to pay £85 for a pillow but the half price offer made it more available.

Reece was excellent. He had lots of time for us, explaining the different options. We were a bit undecided on what we wanted so his patience was much appreciated, in helping us make the right decision. The choice in store was immense and the new assessment equipment was really insightful in helping us make up our minds. Overall we had a great experience in buying our new bed. We thought we would be trolling round bed shops all afternoon but, as it turns out we went in Dreams first and bought our bed there without the need to go anywhere else. Thanks for making it so easy 👍

I visited Dreams in Dartford on 23/03/19 and the store manager and sales person could not have been more helpful! I visited the store on my own and was my first time purchasing a mattress and bedding and they were so kind and funny and made me feel at ease, answering all my questions and providing me with great advice on the best pillows and accessories that were exactly what I was looking for. I am so happy with my purchases and would definitely recommend to others to shop there.

On entering the Dartford store we were pleased with how Thomas (113) dealt with our needs sensitively & was able to answer our questions in a way we could understand, thanks.

Reece was more than helpful and polite a pleasure to do business with, the manager even made us a cup of tea , there was no pressure to hurry , have already recommended him to all my friends and family, now my brother purchased a mattress as well , the shop was spotlessly clean , can't say enough good about Reece and his manager
