I was greeted as soon as I came in but, left for a few minutes to wander round which was nice... then I was offered assistance and tried the new machine which I found very helpful.

The staff were extremely friendly but not pushy, we knew what we were looking for and the member of staff assisted us and did show us other products too but was happy to let us choose what we wanted and did not push another product on us. They told us about offers on bedding and assisted us to pick out what we needed and was extremely helpful at looking for exactly what we wanted, they listened to our requirements and paired us with just what we wanted. The whole order was placed extremely quickly we didnt feel as if it took longer then needed.
