Had a very good system in place to check what mattress was suited to your sleeping pattern, which was really helpful because i do suffer from back problems. The colleague Reece who dealt with me was very good at his job and understanding, gave me many options to look at.

Nothing was too much trouble - we went past closing time but staff did not mind one bit - they made us coffee & spent loads of time with us. We were so interested to hear about the origin and manufacturing of the products we eventually purchased and are delighted that they are sustainably sourced in UK.

Richard was great. Well presented and extremely knowledgeable. No pressure sales style. Gave genuine and honest information and guidance on choices available. Richard gave a personal shopping experience, attentive and patient also offering us a drink as we were looking around. Will definitely return in the future.

Richard the salesperson new what he was talking about and gave us a lot of help we needed special help as my husband is disabled and we neede good advice on mattress and base he was very patient and a credit to dreams .
