The service was excellent in the Dartford branch and as we had two small children with us the two staff could not have been nicer, more attentive, or kind, especially Kate. They did everything they could to help us and gave our children both a book and colouring crayons to entertain them. It is actually the third bed we have brought from Dreams and we're always impressed.

I was served by Lynne who was very lovely and professional. She was very cordial, offered me the necessary help I needed and kept asking if she could get me a drink. I was very satisfied with the customer service I received.

Friendly staff

The staff (Richard) gave us a warm welcome and after describing our need for a new mattress helped by finding my previous purchase details to get bed sizing and length of time since that purchase. Then using the Sleepmatch tool to determine possible options and presenting each for us to try with a supplied pillow to match the Sleepmatch profile. A warm day so we were offered water which was very welcome. With a number of choices the staff were very patient as we tried out each option to enable us to make a final choice. No hurry and no hassle which in itself was a refreshing experience. Delivery arranged to our need and a recycle bag given for the old mattress to be taken. SO pleased were we with the service we purchased two new duvets and also took away the complimentary Tempur pillows to go with the Tempur mattress we purchased. A great retail experience.
