Your college Richard at your dartford store was highly knowledgeable, friendly and his customer service experience was amazing. We explained what was needed as I've had a tumour removed from my spine recently and our old bed was not catering for my needs. He put us on the bed that tests your needs and it showed us the way. He took us to the right matrices for us to choose. We were on s budget and pointed out all the pluses for us. I also purchased a single mattrice for my daughter whilst in store and took it with us tge same day. Very enjoyable experience thank you

I wasn’t shown the most expensive bed first, and only after trying a couple of beds and I still hadn’t decided was I then shown a more expensive one to compare, therefore I didn’t feel pressured to choose the dearer one.

The electronic mattress guide which is used to advise you on the correct mattress that suits you. Never expected that!

We visited a few stores that sold mattresses that morning and of them all the product knowledge and friendliness of Richard was very impressive. We were comparing like for like as well as price and found that overall Dreams was best value for the amount of money we wanted to spend on our new mattress.

Reece, was friendly and helpful, helping me to find the pillow cases to match the sheets and duvet cover I was going to buy. They were the only ones left.

I came in with my grandad who had just come out of hospital and needed an adjustable bed. We was greeted by Reece who was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, he instantly made sure my grandad was comfortable, he asked him to lay down to which my grandad said he might fall asleep so Reece made him a coffee which was a nice touch. About an hour later my grandad has made his choice and choose the date for delivery. Even though I wasn’t interested in all the football chat, it was really nice to see my grandad smile again and never thought all we had to do was to step in dreams.
