Richard was very helpful,calm and relaxed.

I was greeted by Reece upon entering the store who took me to the magical technology that made the whole testing experience a lot quicker and simpler. He was energetic, fun, knowledgeable and welcoming. The only thing I'd have to say about the store is that it could do with a refit. And that is nothing negative to the gents that were there on the day as they were all cracking.

The dreams colleague Reece was extremely helpful when helping us choose our new bed and mattress. He listened to all of our needs and made recommendations accordingly. He was extremely knowledgeable of all of the dreams products and answered all of our questions with ease leaving us feeling relaxed and with a full understanding of what we were purchasing. Reece went above and beyond expectations by staying later in the store to help us find the correct products needed. He took time and had our best interest at heart. I would 100% return back to Reece with any help of buying products from Dreams in the future. He truly is a credit to the Dartford Dreams Store.

From the moment we entered the store in Dartford Reece was very friendly and helpful nothing was to much trouble. We have always bought our beds in Dreams so when my daughter said she needed 2 new beds we recommended Dreams and she was very impressed with Reece and his customer service. Excellent well done Reece.
