We used the bed that advises which mattress was best, it was a great help as it cut down the amount of mattresses we had to try! The adviser was very knowledgeable and friendly.

I was highly satisfied with the service not with the price. I wish I had known how much the extra 𝙸𝚗𝚜𝚞𝚛𝚊𝚗𝚌𝚎 was as I wouldn’t have purchased it for over £100. Also I’m not happy with having to pay over £100 for the removal and £50 for assembly when I spent £1200 on a bed and mattress.

I was warmly welcomed to the store by Thomas and after offering me a drink he listened to my requirements and budget. We walked around the store looking at various bed frames and headboards and when none quite satisfied my needs Thomas showed my different options online until we found one that was perfect. At no point did I feel pressured into buying anything and Thomas' product knowledge was incredible and reassuring.

We visited a competitor before coming to the store and did not easily find what we were looking for. Entering the Dreams store the items were easy to find and well laid out. Our store assistant Reece was very helpful, charming and friendly. The mattress selection tool was an amusing and helpful experience. We didn't feel under any pressure to purchase anything, enjoyed our visit, and eventually purchased a mattress and pillows. I can highly recommend the Dartford store.

The sales advisor listened to our needs on buying a new mattress and we layed down on the sleep simulator so you could find out what mattress would best suit our needs. Your sales advisor listened to us and gave us options on the best mattress for us. Quick delivery as we get our new mattress tomorrow. Thank you once again.

The sales person was fantastic! They let us have all the time we needed to try out multiple mattresses whilst leaving us alone to discuss each one. They were the most helpful I’ve ever come across in my shopping experience!
