We were offered advice on the item we purchased, the staff we very polite and quick to make sure we were very happy

A refreshing member of your staff Recce. Didn't over power us with hard sell, asked if we need help, we replied just looking yet and he left us alone and when we wanted his assistance he gave us the best advice in a manner that was not force full or imposing. Left us while we discussed/tried the beds and took on board what WE wanted not what he wanted to sell us. If he is not the manager, he needs to be. Credit to Dreams, well done Recce. Sales assistant Michael could not do enough for me. I’m 84 and visited your store in Dartford with my daughter. Michael was so friendly patient and kept offering to help me get on and off the bed safely as I find it difficult to do so. He even made me a cup of tea. Will definitely recommend to my friends. Michael was very knowledgable about the beds and always had my needs as his main focus
