We were welcomed to the store and asked if we needed any help. Reece looked after us very well listened to what we wanted and why and helped us To the right mattress for our needs. We have struggled for a while with the wrong mattresses for two long. Looking forward to there delivery and lots of good nights sleep in the future.

I was highly satisfied while at Dreams because the bed that was recommended to me and my partner was there to try out and givern information in detail about the product. Also purchasing the mattress was quick and easy and delivery was within a week. So yes, I was very pleased thank you!

We went into store today to look for a mattress . The sales assistant Reece approached us very pleasant but not in your face. Asked how he could help. Explained about the machine to test for the right mattress. He was extremely knowledgeable. Extremely pleasant .

Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the product, a little bit pushy on buy extra but we bought them. Overall very satisfied. Shame mattresses was not in the sale though

Richard was really helpful. We used the machine that helps you decide the right mattress type and he showed us round all beds that where recommended. We was offered coffee soon arriving and we was given pillows to use throughout testing the mattresses. We came away with a mattress, the added insurance, duvet and mattress topper. Thank you Richard!
