The salesperson ( Michael ) was very helpful and gave us plenty of time to decide without pushing us. We were given different options and he was very knowledgeable on the mattresses available.

Treated courteously, offered refreshments.

The service from the staff member at Dreams in Dartford was amazingly helpful, professional, understanding to my needs and put me first rather than the product. He is an absolute asset to Dreams and should definitely be congratulated. I do not recall his name, but do remember in conversation that we had, that he is getting married this year or just recently married.

Reece the salesman was very friendly and helpful. Good sense of humour to. Very good service.
