We were given a warm welcome on entering the store and were made to feel comfortable with the new social distancing guidelines and measures taken to protect shoppers. We described our requirements and were taken through the different options and did not feel pressured into buying anything. The process was quick, and painless and we were offered refreshments while we waited. Richard, who we were served by was very helpful and took some measurements for us on request to put us at ease that the product will fit in out new home. would recommend the experience and the high quality products on offer at Dreams.

At Dartford Dreams we were welcomed by Reece, who was really helpful and respected the rules placed by the government with the covid situation by giving us protective sleeves and giving us space . He explained everything really well and made sure we felt really welcomed. We were on a budget and managed to find a really good mattress deal thanks to Reece. Will recommend the store and their colleagues there to anyone. Thank you again!

It was a pleasure to be served by Reece, the store was quiet so I got one to one support. He put me on the sleep machine and spent plenty of time to ensure I got the right feeling from the mattress offering advice and suggestions. When I narrowed my choices down to two he made me a lovely coffee and explained them both in more detail. His product knowledge was incredible! He got me to lay on my chosen mattress in my natural sleeping position and then layed down a topper and some nice pillows on it and I knew then that was the one. When I was at the desk he explained all the other options however wasn’t pushy and based on this I choose to take out the 8 years extended warranty. Now looking forward to my new mattress, topper and pillows. Thanks Reece for your advice, patience and coffee. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.
