I was met by Laura and assisted to use a sanitisation area, offered some bottle water which was very helpful. She helped me pick out a bed I wanted that would suit my home. After trying some mattresses I thought would suit me, I was helped to use the sleep match machine. it recommended a firm memory foam mattress. I currently use a memory foam topper and always thought id need soft. I tried the tempur double cool touch memory foam firm mattress and it was perfect. Laura also showed me some of the similar options and brands so I was fully informed but I agreed with her that the tempur was the only one I felt no discomfort at all. I was also shown all the pillow options which I may purchase at a later date, and all the duvets which I dont require at the moment. Once sat down, Laura was very patient as I was attempting to keep my 1 year old distracted and go through my financial details. Laura explained all the different options of payment and helped me come to a reasonable monthly payment plan based on a higher deposit paid on the day. I felt I was treated with amazing expertise customer service. I also purchased bed cover as recommended by laura overall very pleased.
