The assistant was very knowledgeable,gave me all the time I needed to make up my mind. Didn’t try to sell me a dearer mattress.. I like the fact I can exchange it if I’m not 100% happy with it as I did have a job making up my mind!

The 2 young ladies serving us were very professional and helpful. Gave us advice and help but also gave us distance,space and time to think etc. Explained all deals and knowledge of offers and overall very good.

Went to the dartford store and found the mattress we needed with the guidance from a staff member. The bed we was looking at wasn’t in the colour we wanted. We then went to a rival store where we found the same bed in the colour we was looking for. They wasn’t helpful and the price was more expensive. We then returned to the dartford store where we welcomed again by the staff and then placed our order. Great experience with the staff where they made making our choice easy and didn’t free pressured in to making a buy

We had been to 4 shops and came to Dreams after having a back operation and my current bed does not support our needs. Purchased order 113A015256 at Dartford receipt number 3222 branch and lady who served was excellent. She had in-depth knowledge and asked us all the right questions to ensure we gained the Dreams Experience that you should be proud of for your employee is exemplary.
