As soon as I walked in I was acknowledged by a colleague who gave a friendly smile and hello. I walked straight over to the sleep match which was well displayed and easy to spot, I stood there for about 2 seconds before a girl came over and asked if I needed help, assuming that I wanted to use the sleep match. She was really friendly and polite and set me up straight away and explained what I needed to do. She said she would be back. I followed the instructions on the machine and when it was finished another colleague came straight over and was very efficient, I was able to try all of the beds which she had suggested and I never felt rushed. I chose a bed, and then she offered to talk about pillows due my neck pain, She gave me 2 pillows to try and the one I have picked is excellent, so a great recommendation. The ordering and organising for the mattress to be delivered was really easy and I was able to pick a date that suited me. Everyone in the store did a really good job and made the whole process really smooth.

I could not have asked for my visit to this store to have gone any smoother. I was approached and greeted by Kate on arrival but as I am someone who prefers to browse in my own time & ask for help when needed I informed her of this & she kindly stepped aside; the fact she listened to me & did as I asked immediately impressed as I have visited other stores previously & been followed around almost to the point of harassment. Due to the fact Kate had left me to browse once I was ready I went & asked for her assistance & from then on the sale could not have gone smoother. Kate explained the products to me, answered all my questions & was confident with her product knowledge. Overall, working in retail myself as a store manager this was just the service & experience I enjoy.

Highly knowledgeable and helpful staff

The Manager assisted us. She was not pushy at all but listened to our requirements and quickly directed us to a bed that met our specifications.

We were offered assistance by a member of staff, who listened to and understood our needs and the price range we were looking at. We were offered the opportunity to check which mattress type we should be using and these were then pointed out to us in the store. We were given our own pillows to use when trying out beds too.
