Laura, the store manager delivered excellent Customer service From start to finish. The level of product knowledge was impressive and all questions were answered with confidence. We were very pleased with the visit and service that was offered. I hope this gets passed onto the store manager at Dartford. Highly recommend this store.

Kate was very attentive and was very thorough throughout the experience. We had our children with us too and she was talking with them whilst we discussed our bed options. Kate offered us to try the bed match computer, then showed us to the ones that matched. We were given pillows with a protective paper cover. We also were asked to sanitise in entry. We were offered a drink when purchasing.
