The assistant extremely helpful, but not pushy.she was friendly, and let us make our decision on what we wanted, but advised us.the bed and mattress is exactly what we wanted.we came out of the shop smiling and are looking forward to getting our delivery on thec29th . We would highly recommend the Dartford branch to anyone
