The only reason I was not highly satisfied, was because my mattress is not available till the 21st April, and I placed my order on the 29th March. I would have liked it sooner, but as the mattress was so comfy, I am willing to wait.

I was told there was not a free Tempur mattress proctector by the store with the Tempur mattress I purchased although this was on the Dreams website and would have to pay a difference of £31 on the mattress protector that was on offer but after the purchase I found out I should have been given the Tempur mattress protector as part of the deal. It was only on my own investigation I found this out and yes they are going to give me back the difference but should this have happened in the first pace I think not!!! Also be aware they charge you insurence protection on each product you buy which was not explained at the time I thought the £85.00 was for all products but this was for only the mattress so please read before you sign

I don't like being sent a survey for a product I have not received yet. It's all well and good talking about the store, but the bottom line has not been settled.

Was told delivery would be within a week. Once we'd paid we were told it was more like 2 weeks for delivery

I was charged for delivery and have since been told we shouldn't have so I am going back to the shop next week to query it. We have bought two items. A mattress which we were charged delivery for and a bed which we haven't.

The sales assistant was constantly trying to make me buy the more expensive option of bed, and not understanding my budget/needs. They did not seem to care whether I had a set budget but also kept trying to make me buy add on items such as pillows. Although they were very friendly, they came across very pushy.

Expected free delivery.was told this would be any day at any time.who is available to take delivery 24/7 if they have to work which most of us do.it would be better not to offer free delivery on those terms at all. Paid for Saturday delivery but with a discount only to find when I got home that it was booked in for a Friday. There is a wait of 3 weeks for the bed then another week for the first available slot. I just hope it's worth the wait.

Representative wasn’t forthcoming with information and sometimes I found information given was confusing. Even when I returned to pay for my order and I wanted to add something, they refused to do it and told me delivery date will be changed. They asked me to call customer service who will be able to do it and they made it sound like customer services will add the item and delivery date would remain the same. The delivery date was still changed when I added something through customer services. This made me angry because it made me feel like they couldn’t be bothered to help me, hence sent me to call customer services the following day for something they could have done in Store!

I found the assistants in the shops pushy and arragant and the manager of the store very lazy they have sold me a mattress protector which is plastic based which is awful to sleep on as it makes us sweat even now in the winter! However I must sleep on it to keep my warranty which is really awful!
