To be highly satisfied you would have to go above and beyond other stores. Yes it was good service and good price but not anything exceptional.

On having spoken to other people who have shopped at dreams, they have told me that they were given free mattress protectors and got an overall better deal with freebies included. They said they haggled and i did not. I am wondering what i would have got if i had haggled.
