As when the order was finalised it ended up about £200 more which a manager had to help with the problem and paper work had to be redone n signed again with correct figures

there was only one sales person serving. we had to wait quite a while. until he finished serving the other customer.

The item ordered was not in store so have in my opinion to wait to long for delivery. Would have preferred not to have paid for delivery.

Overall I was satisfied with the end result. Although paying a lot of money we felt they could have given free delivery of the items.

The bed advertised was not in stock and discontinued and my husband had to leave the store because it was overheated. A pregnant employee needed the heat up high, but we could not look in comfort. We do understand though!
