Having agreed to pay the £799 for the mattress, we were then informed there a£39 delivery charge and the same price to dispose of my old mattress, adding another £78 to the final bill. I was quite shocked at these extra charges, and although I was prepared to pay for the old mattress to be taken away, to pay a very significant delivery charge I thought was unprofessional when no mention of this is displayed with any of your items for sale. If I had been on my own you would have lost a sale.

there were not enough assistance in the store we had to wait for the sales person to finish hovering and the computer was a little slow but overall we were satisfied the above did not alter our decision to shop there, and the assistant Richard was really pleasant knowledgeable and friendly

The store was busy & after browsing and selecting the mattress that I wanted to buy I had to leave & return on 2 occasions before a sales assistant became available to assist me with my purchase

We almost ended up ordering a wardrobe in a different colour than the one we wanted although we clearly told the staff the one we liked was exactly similar to the one in the shop. Also the shelves' and drawers' mesures stated on the order differed of about 1cm from the one taken by staff in the shop. Hopefully we will not have any surprise once the wardrobe is delivered.

Just a couple of things, there wasn't enough information on the price boards about what made up a 'combination' mattress. Also, there was a member of staff that couldn't help at all, although they were friendly. Apart from that is was good.

Although we found the actual store lacking in choice the sales assistant ran through a selection of online choices with us and was very helpful
