I think highly satisfied is a little extreme. As we had not visited any other store to compare , satisfied is quite adequate for the service received . it was polite , agreeable but nothing I would not have expected.

It was the little things in the store that stopped me. The color coding of matresses weren't immediately obvious on entrance, meaning we also spent time looking at not the types of mattresses we were wanted. The Dartford store also was very hot on the day of shopping, making the shopping experience less pleasant. As I say, small things. Customer service was good, we were offered a drink and a free pillow for our purchase.

When I enquired about the availability of the mattress I wanted, I asked the lady to check the availability for delivery and she told me it would be a 5 working days. I went to check another bed company to see if they could deliver a similar bed any sooner but they said they could only deliver in 2 weeks so I decided to purchase with dreams. Just before I paid I asked the lady to confirm the delivery date again and she said she won't be able to tell me till the payment goes through which I was confused about. Once I made payment she informed me that the date had changed and the bed would not be delivered for 2 weeks. I was very upset by the lack of transparency and ended up feeling done over for a sale that I initially felt very positive about.
