Shopping alone I was passed by staff who went to asked couples if they wanted help in 2 different stores . I had to ask and in Dartford the young trainee could not even help me looked dump struck felt this was because I was a women shopping on my own .

Was offered water, but other drinks would have been preferred. One of the mattresses I was looking for and had availablity to try according to website was not on show. Delivery time of 5weeks was longer than expected, initial review in website said 4 weeks and I thought this was too long, so to be told I have to wait until 5th Feb was disappointing.

Good friendly staff. Prices of beds and mattresses are ridiculously high, this is not a problem specific to dreams

Duvet covers need to be wider to make a better fit & presentation. Rather poor given price paid.

Whilst the sales assistant did come up and ask if we needed help they were quick to leave us to our own devices and did not discuss the advantages of different products which mattresses

We were given a brief guide to what mattress we needed but shop was busy so had to wait to place order. An assistant was free but lady who spoke to us originally wanted to take our order so she must of been on commission
