i had no issues . just because im not highly satisfied doesnt mean i was nt happy with the service i received , i had no issues. these questions need to be looked at as can be misleading and confusing for older people

As a previous customer I would expect my details to be stored, saving the necessity to input all my details again.

Only 1 shop assistant in the shop who took a while dealing with another customer, left us waiting.

Ordered my new mattress but was quoted a 4 to 6 week wait in store. When speaking to customer services on the phone they quoted a 2 to 3 week wait but could not be certain. Very happy with the people I dealt with but not very pleased about not knowing when the mattress will arrive.

Just one sales person is not enough he tried to do what he could with the amount of customers in the store but still happy with the service given ..
