Your employee Nancy at your Dartford store was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She took us though the process of buying a very expensive Tempur mattress, showing us all the alternatives and helping us to make an informed decision. We asked for time to think about the purchase. Nancy was not pushy which I appreciated and so when we returned to the store it was delightful to see her friendly face again. I would definitely recommend Dreams Dartford for the expertise, professionalism and friendliness of the staff. It felt like doing business with a local store rather than an impersonal multinational organisation.

As soon as i walked in the door i was greeted straight away, your staff member craig from your dartford branch deserves some sort of bonus he was very helpful knew what he was talking about also. I am very happy with my purchase because of the customer service and care that was taken into my order and i will be back to dreams when it is time for a new mattress.
