Helpful staff and could supply the bed we wanted

The manager took time to go over the product and was really ensuring that I was happy with item and even tho there were other customers he was really helpful

The salesman Des made us feel comfortable, welcome and not pushy. Des to us though all our choices and supplied information on all mattress's viewed.

It was very informative, speedy and every question was answered expertly. I was very impressed with the overall service. Very slick and professional. A new bed is really important and we felt we got the right advice and the right bed. Looking forward to sweet dreams!

Friendly yet not invasive assistance with the offer of tea and biscuits to relax us. The two gentleman manning the shop could not have done more to make our visit and purchase any more enjoyable. Both were a credit to Dreams. ( there was a lady serving another customer but we had no contact at all with her.)

I am a very fussy customer and i expect staff to be well informed about the products they sell and freindly, I can honestly say that Nancy the dreams colleague who dealt with me and my husband was pleasant freindly and well informed.

As soon as we walked into store was met by des who introduced himself. Felt he was not pushy let us look around at our own leisure. Then very helpful. Would highly recommend your dreams store
